Ten Rules for Being Human

1.You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it’s yours to keep for the entire period.2.You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called, “life.”3.There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial, error, and experimentation. The “failed” experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately “work.”4.Lessons are repeated until they are learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.5.Learning lessons does not end. There’s no part of life that doesn’t contain its lessons. If you’re alive, that means there are still lessons to be learned.6.“There” is no better a place than “here.” When your “there” has become a “here”, you will simply obtain another “there” that will again look better than “here.”7.Other people are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.8.What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.9.Your answers lie within you. The answers to life’s questions lie within you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.10.You will forget all this.

stevenrosas: Girls, know that every guy, sooner or later at some point in his life will need a that one girl to hold him down and make him settle. I know it may seem confusing and although we can lack verbal expression of our attraction towards you guys sometimes, we definitely give out some action oriented, non verbal, silent signs, which we expect you guys to take a note of. Most of the time, we are showing you guys we like you, but you don’t see it. I know many guys won’t be expressive through words, but our eyes will constantly shout out that we like you. Keep a look out for small gestures, and random acts of kindness. We’ll be different when you’re around. It’ll be the small things like the way we notice you when you enter a room, or the way we’ll always try to chill with you even if we have to cancel plans, or the way we’ll remember every little thing that you have mentioned to us. You’ll slowly but surely, start to be our everything. We say It best, when we say nothing at all. We understand you get your days and your moments. We know when you say that you want to be left alone for sometime, you don’t really want to be alone, you want us there. Trust, if we like you we won’t leave you alone. We’ll understand, we’ll be with you, we’ll listen to all you have to say, and all you don’t say. It’s small things like that, that lets you know if he’s worth it. We know everyone has some turn ons and turn offs, no one is perfect. But when it comes to you, you’ll be perfect for us. We’ll like you on your worse days, and on your best days. We’ll like you, just the way you are. Your likes, dislikes, routines, and preferences we’ll be important to us, you’ll be important to us. Never doubt, just because it’s not being shown the way you want it to be. If you are his world right now, and he makes you feel like you’re on top of the world, then he has fallen head over heels in love with you and he doesn’t want to get back up. ♥

Lily is a Great Dane that has been blind since a bizarre medical condition required that she have both eyes removed. For the last 5 years, Maddison, another Great Dane, has been her sight. The two are, of course, inseparable.
